Itinerary

The Paragliding Tour begins at the offices located on the first floor of the Restaurant Paracas Building. There you’ll fill out an insurance document (provided with the tour), flight waiver, and hop onto the private transport to the reserve.

Accompanied by staff and pilot guide, you’ll make your way to the Paracas National Reserve, where the staff will decide where the paragliding flight will take place. Depending on the weather conditions of the day, it will either be at “Cerro Maldito” which has weaker winds and fewer wind shears, or over “Supay beach” where the wind is stronger.

Once we arrive at the take-off location, the staff will provide the proper equipment and will suit the harness, checking every detail to perfection. No previous flight knowledge is needed as the pilot guide is in full command, with total control of the glider. We only suggest 2 things, not to sit until the pilot says so and to move your legs as if you were walking at the time of landing.

Once we are ready for the flight, the staff will give the passenger a Go-Pro camera or a similar device with a selfie stick. The views are simply astonishing, where you’ll see the impressive peninsula from the air and enjoy the sandy cliffs above the seashore.

The flights will not exceed 10 minutes due to our medical regulations, as after this time the chances of motion sickness increase dramatically.

After the landing, you will make your way back to the Paracas restaurant.
